34th Hong Kong Special Olympics Gymnastics Competition cum Rhythmic Gymnastics Fun Day was held on 18th June, 2010 which attracted more than 200 athletes coming from 14 special schools. Audiences were fascinated by the series of smooth and esthetic motions accomplished by the athletes and they praised with bursts of applause, which created a scene of bustle and excitement.

In addition to floor exercise, vaulting, balance beam and tumbling were newly added events for the weaker athletes and first-time competitors. We were honored to invite Dr. Chan Kam Hung, vice-chairperson of the Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China to present the prizes to the winners.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Fun Day was held at the same venue during which the coaches introduced ball dance and ribbon dance to arise the interest of intellectual disabilities in Gymnastics. It is commendable that athletes can share the joy in Gymnastics with their parents and teachers.
