Special Olympics East Asia Regional Messenger and Athlete Input Council Workshop was held in Fuzhou on Dec. 9-11, 2009. 8 newly selected Regional Messengers and their mentors, the Current Global Messengers Ms. Cong Chen and Mr. Wai Yip Tam (Sam Tam), and some other athletes leaders participated in the training. The Programs leaders are invited to sit in the workshop. SOI Board member, Dr. Dicken Yung, SOEA Managing Director, Ms. Anna Chan, President of Fujian Disabled Persons’ Federation, Mr. Chen Zheng and vice president Ms. Wang Xiuli attended the opening ceremony.
