MD Message: August/September 2005 |
|
Special Olympics East Asia held its annual Regional Leadership Council Meeting in Guangzhou, China. The Chairman and National Directors from each of our Programs spent 2 days discussing issues related to our Region. In addition, a week-long training was held to train individuals who will serve on the Games Organizing Committee for their upcoming national games. Read More... |

After meeting with Trish Smith of SOEA, Jackson agreed on the spot to donate all of the printing needs for the Gala and has continued his support for the past three galas as well as assisting with other events. More... |

Life changed forever in countless ways. 18 months later, a second bombshell; our 2nd son Kurtis was also diagnosed with autism. That was truly the end of the world for me. I can still remember the depression that followed; even after ten years, I still remember those feelings of despair and hopelessness. Read More... |
