Special Olympics Shanghai Unified Sports Day |

On March 29, 2003 members of the Monaco-based Laureus Sports Academy joined Special Olympics athletes at the Lujiazui Special School in Shanghai, China for a Unified Sports Day celebration. The Special Olympics athletes participated in a series of sports demonstrations including bocce, field hockey, table tennis, and tennis. The event, along with the Unified Sports program in China, was made possible through a generous grant from the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. |
