Special Olympics East Asia is composed of five Special Olympics Programs: Special Olympics China, Special Olympics Hong Kong, Special Olympics Chinese Taipei, Special Olympics Macau and Special Olympics Korea.

Special Olympics East Asia is the regional office of Special Olympics, Inc., the governing body of the Special Olympics Movement. Each Special Olympics Program is accredited on a bi-annual basis.
