Special Olympics East Asia and OTIS Elevators launched the Special Olympics China Leadership Training Seminar on 6 October in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The leadership training seminars will be held throughout China and will focus on coach development. OTIS Elevators has committed to donating US$50,000 to Special Olympics East Asia. The first Special Olympics China Leadership Training Seminar was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, and was attended by coaches, educators, parents, volunteers, athletes and employees of OTIS Elevators. The seminar included Opening Ceremonies, Special Olympics orientation and a Unified Sports?bowling competition.
