2008 Harbin Special Olympics Football Week Activity was held on the football field of Harbin University of Commerce. The leaders present at this activity included Mr. Charlie Chang, Sports Director of Special Olympics East Asia, Ms. He Yuhua, the member of the CPPCC Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Province and the Vice Chairman of Heilongjiang Provincial Disabled Person’s Federation, Section Chief Bao of Heilongjiang Provincial Disabled Persons’ Federation, Chairman Wang of Harbin Municipal Disabled Persons’ Federation, Vice Chairman Gai of Harbin Municipal Disabled Persons’ Federation and Director Yan Guochao of Publicity, Culture and Sports of Harbin Municipal Disabled Persons’ Federation.

 

The schools participating in the games included Harbin Liaoyuan School, Haibin Daoli School, Harbin Shuren School, Harbin Shuguang School and Harbin Qidi School. About 100 Special Olympics athletes took part in this activity.

 

The activity including: opening ceremony, personal skill ---dribbling and shooting, competition --- five-player soccer
