Dear Mr. Timothy P. Shriver,

We are shocked to know that Mrs. Eunice Kennedy Shriver passed away on Aug. 11, 2009 and are hereby expressing our profound condolences. Mrs. Shriver devoted her whole life to developing the noble cause of Special Olympics, which attracted the universal attention of the world and scored great successes. And she will be always esteemed by the people throughout the world.

The fifth National Special Olympic Games of PRC will be held on September 19, 2010 in Fuzhou, Fujian. We will not see Mrs. Shriver at the games, but will cherish the memory of her and carry forward the Special Olympics philosophy of "equality, acceptance and inclusion".

May Mrs. Eunice Kennedy Shriver rest in Peace!
